- Move to approve a professional services contract with Procurement Consulting Group (PCG) for procurement support services, in an amount not-to-exceed $288,000 ($8,000 per month), for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029, utilizing the Wayne County CoPro+ cooperative purchasing contract (solicitation #37-23-055) and authorize the board chair to sign the contract.
- Move to approve a three (3) year agreement with CDW-G to provide Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services for the County and HealthWest networks through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program, at a total cost not to exceed $417,786, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
- Move to authorize the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to purchase twenty (20) laptop computers from CDW-G, an authorized reseller under the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing agreement, at a total cost not to exceed $36,311.75, with funding to be provided from available Prosecutor's Office surplus funds.
- Move to apply for and approve acceptance of the FY2027 Strategic Traffic Enforcement Grant in the amount of $239,002.27 (2027-PT-00-61) and adjust the budget accordingly.
- Move to approve the open and closed session meeting minutes of August 6, 2026.
- Move to approve the Sheriff's Office to apply for and accept Grant #2027-SRP-61 for the Fiscal Year 2027 Secondary Road Patrol (SRP) grant from the Office of Highway Safety and Planning (OHSP) for the anticipated amount of $283,388.
- Move to approve setting the Public Hearing date for the FY2027 Proposed Muskegon County Budget for Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at the Muskegon County Campus to be held in the Board Room and further authorize the publication of a Notice of Public Hearing in a newspaper of general circulation on or before September 6, 2026.
- Move to approve payment of the accounts payable of $57,859,573.22 covering the period June 13, 2026, through July 24, 2026, and P Card and EFT payments covering the period June 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026, as presented by the County Clerk.
- Move to adjourn to closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(e) to consult with the County’s attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with Loxen v County of Muskegon the discussion of which in public would have a detrimental financial effect on the County’s trial or settlement strategy.
- Move to approve the Prosecutor to apply for and accept the FY2026 STOP Violence Against Women grant in the amount of $300,000.00 and further authorize the Prosecutor to sign all grant documents.
- Move to replace the County's existing backup hardware with new backup hardware and associated thirty-six (36) months of support and maintenance through CDW-G under the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program, for an amount not to exceed $242,705.
- Move to approve the Prosecutor to apply for and accept the FY2027 Crime Victim Rights Grant in the amount of $339,253.00, and further authorize the Prosecutor to sign all grant documents.
- Move to award RFP 26-2633 for Professional Services for Old Jail Facility Condition Assessment and Space Needs Assessment to Abonmarche Consultants for $64,473.60.
