2. Move to approve a 1-year extension of the Agreement for Pump and Motor Repair Services (for the Resource Recovery Center) with Jones Electric Company and authorize the board chair to sign the agreement.
3. Move to approve the Minutes of August 13, 2026 (Pg. 3)
4. Move to approve the <em>Declaration of Restrictive Covenant for a Site-Specific Remedial Action</em>, which prohibits the use of groundwater for human consumption at the closed fly ash landfill located at the Resource Recovery Center site.
