1. Move to approve Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Master Agreement 2027-0126 and the Signature Resolution and associated Project Authorizations under the agreement, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement.
2. Move to enter into closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268(C) for strategic and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiations of a collective bargaining agreement.
3. Move to modify the existing snow maintenance services agreement between the County of Muskegon and Great Lakes Landscapes to include the Oak Avenue, South Campus, Juvenile Detention Center, Hall of Justice, Old Jail, and Convention and Visitor's Bureau parking lots for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 winter seasons.

5. Move to approve the Minutes of September 3, 2026
6. Move to authorize the establishment of a temporary Holistic Mitigation Fellow at the pay rate of $26.00 per hour and Attorney Fellow position at the pay rate of $30.00 per hour within the Public Defender's office. Both positions will be fully funded by the MIDC grant.
7. Closed Session to discuss written attorney-client privileged communication (as permitted by Section 8(1)(h) of the Open Meetings Act)
8. Move to approve payment of the accounts payable of $23,936,792.75 covering the period July 25, 2026, through August 21, 2026, and P Card and EFT payments covering the period July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, as presented by the County Clerk.
9. Move to approve the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Project Authorization 2022-0110/P16/R1, providing for an increase in FY2026 State transportation funding to be passed through to Pioneer Resources, Agewell Services, and Goodwill Industries of Western MI, and to adjust the MATS FY2026 budget accordingly.
