7. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF SPECIFIED OUTDOOR FITNESS EQUIPMENT FROM SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER WITH COOPERATIVE PRICING THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL PURCHASING PROGRAM: as part of the Shelden Park Redevelopment Project, from budgeted funds.
8. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF SITE FURNISHINGS FROM SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER WITH COOPERATIVE PRICING THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL PURCHASING PROGRAM: as part of the Shelden Park Redevelopment Project, from budgeted funds.
