3. REQUEST TO APPROVE CITY OF LIVONIA AFSCME UNION LOCAL 192 CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR THE PERIOD DECEMBER 1, 2025, THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2028.
4. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: from Livonia Public Schools Career Technical Center (CTC) in construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage at 8985 Newburgh Road, in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 31.
5. AWARD OF BID: for the purchase of acoustical panels for the west gym at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center, from budgeted funds.
6. The subject matter of a proposed amendment to the noise ordinance. (CR 253-24)
7. The subject matter of proposed ordinance amendment(s) to the City’s Noxious Weed Ordinances to include non-enforcement language for residents who maintain native plant based gardens and meadows in lieu of conventional lawns. (CR 308-24)
