- Petition 2026-09-02-25 submitted by 36555 Amrhein LLC, requesting waiver use approval under Section 3.16 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to operate a truck and trailer storage facility at 36555 Amrhein Road, located on the south side of Amrhein Road between Levan Road and Globe Street in the northwest ¼ of Section 29.
- Petition 2026-08-06-02 submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to the referral by the City Council to determine whether to add Section 13.16 to establish the means and reasoning for the creation of moratoria pertaining to specific zoning uses within the City of Livonia.
