- RESOLUTION - Ratification of the collective bargaining agreement, specifically a wage reopener in the Tentative Agreement between the City of Lansing and the Non Supervisory Unit Capitol City Labor Program, as requested by the City.
- <span style="margin-left:4.5pt;">Pursuant to MCL 15.268(c ), of the Open Meetings Act, City Council will move into closed session for strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of a wage reopener pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between the City of Lansing and the Non Supervisory Unit of the Capitol City Labor Program as requested by the City.
- Pursuant to MCL 15.268(e), City Council will recess into closed session to consult with the City Attorney in connection with the following specific pending litigation. - Pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) of the Open Meetings Act, I hereby move that we recess into closed session to consult with the City Attorney to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state statute. Specifically, to discuss written material from the City Attorney provided under attorney-client privilege and attorney work-product, and which is also exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act pursuant to MCL 15.243(1)(g).
