- Approval of a recommendation to the City Clerk's office for a 1-year renewal of the Adult Use Retailer permit for Nirvana Kalamazoo, LLC dba Nirvana Center Kalamazoo, contingent on the applicant correcting the zoning deficiencies by planting missing trees and shrubs in accordance with the site plan. If the applicant fails to correct the deficiencies by August 31, 2026, i.e. the applicant's current permit expiration date, then the result is a 90-day probationary renewal.
