Alcott St. for Activities Associated with the Adjacent City-owned Bridge over Portage Creek, and Authorize the BRA Chair to Sign the Agreement on Behalf of the Authority.
2. Authorize Staff to Obtain a Topographic and Infrastructure Survey for the 910 O'Neil Street Project from a Qualified Surveyor, at a Cost Not-to-Exceed $6,000, and to Negotiate and Execute the Necessary Purchase Order Consistent with City Requirements.
3. Approval of the establishment of a Nominating Committee and Appointment of Members to Serve on the Committee for the Upcoming Recruitment Process, as ​presented.
4. Approval of meeting minutes from August 20, 2026.
5. Approval of a New Appointments to the Projects and Finance Committee and Executive Committee, as presented.
6. Election of Officers for the Upcoming Year for the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary-Treasurer.
