Change Order 3 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1, East Division<br><br><em>Approve Change Order 3 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1 Water Main Replacement, East Division contract with Bailey Excavating, Inc. in the decreased amount of $498,149.56 to balance contract quantities to match quantities placed in the field and authorize the City Manager and City Engineer to execute the appropriate document.

Change Order 3 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1 Water Main Replacement, West Division<br><em><br>Approve Change Order 3 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1 Water Main Replacement, West Division contract with Bailey Excavating, Inc. in the decreased amount of $327,341.74 to </em><em>balance contract quantities to match quantities placed in the field and authorize the City Manager and City Engineer to execute the appropriate document.
7. Traffic Control Order 2414<br><br><em>Approve Traffic Control Order 2414 to install “Autistic Child Area” signs on Burr Street between Columbus Street and Cooper Street.
8. Contract award for the MLK Equality Trail Extension<br><br><em>Approve the award of the contract for the MLK Equality Trail Extension on Mechanic Street from Detroit Street to Trail Street to Merlo Construction Company, Inc. of Milford, Michigan at a cost of $298,052.00 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate documents.
