Contract -2026 As-Needed Materials Testing Services<br><br><em>Approve the award of the 2026 As-Needed Materials Testing Services contract to Materials Testing Consultants, Inc. of Dexter, Michigan at a cost of $273,435.00 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate documents.
3. Change Order — Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1 Water Main Replacement, West Division<br><br><em>Approve Change Order 4 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1 Water Main Replacement, West Division contract with Bailey Excavating, Inc. in the increased amount of $14,411.12 to balance contract quantities to match quantities placed in the field and authorize the City Manager and City Engineer to execute the appropriate document.
4. Change Order — Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1 Lead Service Line Replacements<strong id="isPasted"> </strong><br><em><br>Approve Change Order 1 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 1 Lead Service Line Replacements contract with Five Star Energy Services, LLC in the increased amount of $1,566,260 to fully utilize available DWSRF financing and authorize the City Manager and City Engineer to execute the appropriate document.
