Contract Change Order — Concord Excavating & Grading, Inc.<br><br><em>Approve Change Order 1 to the Miscellaneous Construction contract with Concord Excavating & Grading, Inc. in the increased amount of $26,242.01 to balance contract quantities to match quantities placed in the field and authorize the City Manager and City Engineer to execute the appropriate document.
2. Contract — Health District Street Lighting <br><br><em>Approve the award of the Health District Street Lighting contract to J. Ranck Electric, Inc. of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan at a cost of $422,887.80 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate documents.
3. Contract — Elizabeth Street Water Transmission Main Abandonment <br><br><em>Approve the award of the Elizabeth Street Water Transmission Main Abandonment contract to Concord Excavating & Grading, Inc. of Concord, Michigan at a cost of $826,519.11 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate documents.
4. Contract Amendment — Fishbeck, Inc. <br><br><em>Approval of Amendment 4 to the CWSRF Professional Engineering Services contract with Fishbeck, Inc. of Grand Rapids, Michigan in the amount of $20,960.00, and authorization for the City Manager and City Engineer to sign the appropriate document.
5. Contract Extension — Professional Services Industries (PSI)<br><br><em>Approval of the third extension of the 2022 As Needed Materials Testing Services Contract with Professional Service Industries (PSI), Inc. of Lansing, Michigan in the estimated amount of $125,000.00, and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate document(s) in accordance with the Purchasing Agent.
6. Resolution - MDOT, Milling and Resurfacing on Ganson Street<br><em><br></em><em>Approve a resolution to enter into a contract with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) for milling and resurfacing on Ganson Street from Elm Avenue to the east City Limit and authorize the City Engineer to execute the appropriate documents.
