Contract Amendment — 2023 DWSRF Construction Administration Services Professional Services Contract<br><br><em>Approve Amendment 2 to the Fiscal Year 2023 DWSRF Construction Administration Services professional services contract with Fishbeck, Inc. of Grand Rapids, Michigan in the amount of $885,000.00, and authorization for the City Manager and City Engineer to sign the appropriate document.
2. Contract Award — City of Jackson Master Plan<br><br><em>Approve a contract with Planning Next for the creation of the City of Jackson’s Master Plan, for the total amount of $149,000; authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to create the appropriate documents and make minor modifications as needed; and further authorize the City Manager to execute the documents necessary to complete this agreement.
