  2. Contract Award - Utilities Improvements Project<br><br><em>Approve the award of the Utilities Improvements Project contract to Dunigan Bros., Inc., of Jackson, Michigan at a cost of $4,299,282.00 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate documents.
  3. Contract Award - East Ganson Street Water Service Replacements<br><br><em>Approve the award of the East Ganson Street Water Service Replacements contract to Super Construction, LLC of Bay City, Michigan at a cost of $369,000.00 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate documents.
  4. Contract Award — Wastewater Treatment Plant Anaerobic Digester Improvement Project, Design and Construction Administration Services<br><br><em>Approve the Contract with Fishbeck to Provide Design and Construction Administration Services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Anaerobic Digester Improvement Project in the amount of $360,000.00.
  5. Contract Award — Morrell Street Engineering<br><em><br></em><em>Approve the award for the Morrell Street Engineering contract to Hubble, Roth & Clark, Inc. of Jackson, Michigan in the amount of $442,488.50, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate document(s) in accordance with the Purchasing Agent.
  6. Contract Award — Wastewater Treatment Plant Anaerobic Digester Improvement Project, Construction Management Services<br><br><em>Approve the construction management contract with Fishbeck for the digester project in an amount not to exceed 4% of the total approved bid price, authorize the Director of Public Works to execute same on behalf of the City, and authorize the City Manager and/or City Attorney to make minor modifications as needed.
  7. Traffic Control Order 2428<br><br><em>Approve Traffic Control Order 2428 to prohibit left turn movements from southbound Clinton Road on to northbound Lansing Avenue.
  8. Traffic Control Order- 2429<br><br><em>Approve Traffic Control Order (TCO) 2429 to establish a four-way stop at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Fourth Street</em>
  9. Traffic Control Order 2418<br><br><em>Approve Traffic Control Order (TCO) 2418 to designate lane assignments on Blackstone Street between Glick Highway and Van Buren Street to match recently completed construction to add a left turn lane for southbound traffic.
  10. Traffic Control Order 2423-2427<br><br><em>Approve Traffic Control Orders (TCOs) 2423 through 2427 to designate travel lane assignments on Lansing Avenue between Steward Avenue and McKinley Street to match recently completed construction to modernize traffic signals along the Lansing Avenue corridor.
  11. Traffic Control Order 2419-2422<br><br><em>Approve Traffic Control Orders (TCOs) 2419 through 2422 to designate travel lane and on-street parking assignments on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive between South Street and Morrell Street to match the configuration that will result from the current construction project.
