Contract Award - Street resurfacing on Bloomfield Boulevard from West Avenue to Fourth Street <br><br><em>Approve the award for street resurfacing on Bloomfield Boulevard from West Avenue to Fourth Street to Michigan Paving and Materials, Co., of Grand Rapids, Michigan at a cost of $195,696.00 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the appropriate documents.
4. Contract Change Order—MLK Playground Project <br><br><em>Approve the change order for the MLK Playground Project in the increased amount of $152,501 to cover additional project costs and necessary modifications to the current contracted playground supplier, Sinclair Recreation of Holland, Michigan.
5. Purchase — Lead Service Line Replacement Program Inventory Materials
