Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 3 Lead Service Line Replacements Contract - Change Order 1<br><br><em>Approve a Tentative Change Order 1 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Phase 3 Lead Service Line Replacements contract with SWT Excavating, Inc., in the increased amount of $760,383.00 to fully utilize available DWSRF financing and authorize the City Manager and City Engineer to execute the appropriate document.
