Approval of modification #2 of an agreement between Genesee County and Sorenson Gross LLC, in an amount not to exceed $14,615.22, for a new contract total of $5,161,346.42, to provide for the installation of a new water supply line; the cost of this modification will be paid from account 2080-770.05-974.000 RES-2024-173 referred Pass
