- 1. Approval of a request to increase a purchase order to IDEXX Laboratories, in the amount of $20,000.00 for a revised total of $60,000.00, to provide for additional testing equipment, supplies and testing; the cost of this amendment will be paid from account 2130-430.00-801.004
- 2. Approval of a grant award from the U.S. Department of Justice in the amount of $13,625.00 to provide for the expansion of Genesee County's Veteran’s Treatment Court Testing; a copy of the budget is attached
- 3. Approval of a grant award from the State of Michigan, Marine Safety Program, in the amount of $25,900.00 for the purpose of operating the 2024 Marine Patrol; the term of this grant is from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024; a budget for this grant is attached
- 4. Approval of a purchase order by Genesee County's Prosecutor Office to Karpel Solutions in the amount of $51,050.00, for annual software costs; this is a budgeted expense
- 5. Approval of a modification to an agreement between Genesee County and Substance Abuse and Mental Services Administration to extend a granting period through September 30, 2024
- 6. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Prosecutor's Office to travel to the 2024 PAAM Annual Mackinac Conference on Mackinac Island, MI; the dates of travel are from August 22-25, 2024; total cost of travel for thirteen (13) staff members is $25,807.21
- 7. Approval of a grant award from the State Court Administrative Office, in the amount of $174,000.00, to provide for Genesee County's Sobriety Court; the budget for this grant is attached
- 8. Approval of a grant award from the State Court Administrative Office, in the amount of $34,600.00, to provide for Genesee County's Sobriety Court; the budget for this grant is attached
- 9. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Prosecutors Office to apply for a grant, in the amount of $276,368.00, to provide funding for prosecution and law enforcement projects targeting sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking; there is a 25% match requirement
- 10. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Prosecutors Office to apply for a grant, in the amount of $408,595.00, to provide funding for crime victims rights advocacy
- 11. Approval of an agreement with Revize Software Systems, LLC, to redesign the Genesee County Probate Court and 7th Judicial Circuit Court websites; the total cost of this is $17,211.00 for the initial period and $5000.00 per year for three (3) years for maintenance and support
- 12. Approval of the updated Genesee County Travel Policy
- 13. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Variety Food Services, in an amount not to exceed $360,000.00, to provide food services for Genesee County's Juvenile Justice Center; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed
