- 2. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and SmartComm LLC., in an amount of $464,913.42, for the purpose of the installation of stainless-steel showers in the Genesee County Jail; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the Capital Improvement Bond account 4018-255.06-975.001
- 3. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Granger Construction Company, in an amount not to exceed $10,525,000.00, to provide for Phase 2 of the Flint River Restoration Project; the cost of this agreement is fully grant funded
