- 3. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Sheriff's Department to correct RES-2022-295 to match the RFP and current signed contract which expires on June 30, 2026
- 4. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Variety Food Services, in the amount of $367,200.00, to provide food services for the Genesee County Juvenile Justice Center secure detention, residential treatment, and day treatment programs; the term of this agreement is July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed
