- 1. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Prosecutor to apply for the 2026 Auto Theft Grant in the amount of $219,945.00; this grant requires a 50% match
- 2. Approval of a request by Genesee County’s Community Corrections to apply for a grant, in the amount of $630,677.10, from the Michigan Department of Corrections-Office of Community Corrections for FY 2026
- 3. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and United Way of Northwest Michigan, in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00, to provide for the Genesee County Employee Tri-Share Program; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 1010-202.00-801.004
