- 1. Approval of a grant award from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources(DNR)-Parks and Recreation Division's Off-Road Vehicle Trail Improvement Fund, in the amount of $50,000.00, for improvements at Mounds ORV Park
- 2. Approval of a purchase order to GFL for the fiscal year ending 2026, in an amount not to exceed $29,000.00, to provide for dumpster service at Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission; the cost of this purchase order will be paid from the accounts listed
- 3. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and US Trackworks LLC, in an amount not to exceed $37,550.00, to replace a minimum of 300 narrow gauge crossties at Genesee County's Historic Huckleberry Railroad; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 5080-770.03-864.005
- 4. Approval to accept grant funds from Michigan State Police Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division - Cybersecurity Grant Program in the amount of $252,000.00 for the purpose of managing and reducing systemic cyber risk
