- 1. Forwarding to receive and file a copy of the 1st Quarter FY25/26 Investment Report
- 2. Approval of a request to create, post, & fill two (2) new Assistant Public Defender Junior Associate positions; these positions are fully grant funded
- 3. Approval of a request by Genesee County’s Sheriff’s Office to create, post, & fill twelve (12) Marine Patrol Deputies positions including one (1) Senior Marine Patrol Deputy and eleven (11) Marine Patrol Deputies
- 4. Approval of purchase orders to CMP Distributors Inc. for the fiscal year ending, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00, to provide for protective equipment; the cost of this purchase order will be paid from the accounts listed
- 5. Approval of a request by the Fiscal Services Department to create, post, & fill one (1) Payroll Analyst position and eliminate one (1) Payroll Coordinator position
- 6. Approval of a request by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office to eliminate one (1) Tower Security Deputy position and create, post & fill one (1) Tower Security Sergeant position
- 7. Forwarding to receive and file a copy of the paid county bills for the weeks ending 01.25.2026 through 02.15.2026 in the total amount of $24,257,933.59
- 8. Approval of a request by Genesee County’s Drain Commission to adjust the pay scales for three (3) Engineering Assistants positions and one (1) Storm Water Compliance Assistant position
- 9. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to apply for the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant, in the amount of $250,000.00, to provide for Phase 2 of the Stepping Stone Falls Lot Development; this grant requires a 26% match: no use of general fund
- 10. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to apply for the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant, in the amount of $80,000.00, to provide for an Educational Dock Development at For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum; this grant requires a 26% match; no use of general fund
- 11. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to apply for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant, in the amount of $500,000.00; to provide for the renovation and development of the entrance and lots of Bluebell Beach; this grant requires a 50% match; no use of general fund
- 12. Approval of a proposed budget amendment to 2025-2026 Appropriations Resolution for various line items as described in the attached budget adjustment request
- 13. Approval of a request to assign the General Fund fund balance for deficit reductions of $2,702,000.00 and capital improvements of an additional $1,300,000.00
- 14. Approval of a request by the Flint Cultural Center Foundation to place a renewal ballot question for the Arts & Culture Millage on the August 2026 ballot
