Status of Law Department submitting Proposed Ordinance to amend Chapter 22 regarding handling, storage, and fugitive control of bulk solid materials, including petroleum coke and fugitive dust. (As previously indicated, the Law Department has revised Chapter 22 to incorporate substantive requirements and controls regarding Bulk Solid Materials into an expanded Article V, Bulk Solid Materials. Attached is a draft ordinance to replace the draft provided on July 24, 2015. This draft has been reviewed by the Environmental Affairs Division of the Buildings, Safety Engineering Environmental Department.)
