Status of Planning and Development Department submitting report relative to Petition of Bert Dearing, Jr. (#1385), request to obtain a permanent outdoor café in the parking spaces provided in front of Bert’s Marketplace Theatre located at 2727-2739 Russell St. Detroit Michigan 48207. (The Outdoor Café area will be located in the parking spaces front of the establishment in the public right-of-way along Russell St. This request is being made to add an amenity to the existing establishment and the newly updated Historic Eastern Market.)
