Submitting report relative to The City of Detroit Charter, Chapter 2 Section 8-202 - Capital Agenda, states that “The City Council may delete projects from the capital agenda as submitted but it may not otherwise amend the capital agenda until it has requested the recommendations of the Planning and Development Director.” (On January 24, 2017 City Council passed the resolution requesting recommendations of the Planning Director for the Proposed Capital Agenda FY 2017-18 through 2021-22.)
