Submitting report relative to DEFERRAL OF DEMOLITION ORDER on property located at 20251 Chapel. (A special inspection on July 26, 2016 revealed the building is secured and appears to be sound and repairable. Therefore, it is recommended that the demolition order be deferred for a period of six months subject to conditions of the order.)
