Submitting report relative to Quarterly Report, Detroit Land Bank Authority. (During the fourth quarter of 2016, the DLBA continued to refine and improve its programs and service delivery. Property sales are strong, and significant improvements have been made in customer service delivery. After making some important adjustments, the demolition program is again up and running. Residents continue to rehabilitate properties purchased from the DLBA, which combined with other DLBA programs like nuisance abatement and demolition is leading to increasing property values in neighborhoods across the city.)
