Submitting report relative to Emergency Manager Order No. 38 created the Department of Housing & Revitalization. (No changes have been made to the structure that was outlined in the previous reports. In the month of April the Department continued to interview applicants for positions, in addition the Department made offers and received acceptances for the following positions: Policy Team - Public-Private Partnership Specialist IV (Program Analyst IV), Development Team - 2 Public-Private Partnership Specialists III (Program Analyst III) and Tax Incentives Division - Public-Private Partnership Specialist IV (Program Analyst IV) (REFERRED TO THE INTERNAL OPERATIONS STANDING COMMITTEE ON 11-2-16)
