Submitting report relative to Emergency Manager Order No. 38 created the Department of Housing & Revitalization. (No changes have been made to the structure that was outlined in the previous reports. In the month of May the Department continued to interview applicants for positions, in addition the Department made offers and received acceptances for the following positions: Development Team Division - One Public-Private Partnership Specialist IV, Demolition Task Force Division - Two Program Analyst III positions and CDBG Initiatives Division - One Program Analyst III) (REFERRED TO THE INTERNAL OPERATIONS STANDING COMMITTEE ON 11-2-16)
