Status of Legislative Policy Division submitting report relative to Amending the Special Assessment Districts (SAD) Ordinance to require 70% approval of resident homeowners to establish SAD. (The Legislative Policy Division’s preliminary review of the existing applicable law indicates that, in the event that a majority of City Council desires to make this change, it should be within Council’s authority to do so.
