Submitting an Emergency Ordinance to amend Chapters 33, Minors, Article III, Regulation of Minors in Public Places and Adult Responsibility for Violations, Division 2, Curfew, of the 1984 Detroit City Code by adding Sections 33-3-14 and 33-3-15 to provide for a superseding curfew in the City of Detroit for all minors on (1) Saturday, October 29, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. through 11:59 p.m., (2) Sunday, October 30, 2016, from 12:00 a.m. through 6:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. through 11:59 p.m., and (3) on Monday, October 31, 2016, from 12:00 a.m. through 6:00 a.m., subject to the exceptions provided for in Section 33-3-4 of the City Code.
