Submitting Proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 61 of the 1984 Detroit City Code, ‘Zoning,’ commonly known as the Detroit Zoning Ordinance, by amending Article XVII, District Map No. 52 to show an M4 (Intensive Industrial District) zoning classification where R2 (Two-Family Residential District) and M2 (Restricted Industrial District) zoning classifications are currently shown on 26 parcels commonly identified as 744, 736, 732, 741, 708, and 702 Dumfries Avenue; 781, 775, 755, 751, 745, 739, 727, 721, 715, 709, and 701 Bayside Street; and 801, 795, 765, 741, 733, 729, 711, 707, and 701 Oakwood Avenue, all generally bounded by Oakwood Avenue to the north, Sanders Avenue to the east, Dumfries Avenue to the south and the Wabash Railroad to the west.
