Submitting report relative to Three-Year Budget and Proposed Dates for Budget Meetings. (In response to President Pro Tem Cushingberry, Jr.’s request that the Council use three-year dates to schedule budget hearings, we respectfully point out that the actual operational portion of the budget only corresponds to one fiscal year, and the remaining three-years, though important, are only the planning sections of the budget.)
