(The Police Department RECOMMENDS APPROVAL of this petition. The Buildings Safety Engineering and Environmental Department has no jurisdiction with street closures. That jurisdiction rests with the Department of Public Works. However, the Petitioner may be required to secure a temporary use of land permit, perform an inspection of electrical work and comply with the provisions of ordinance of 503-H.
