Submitting report relative to Request of Love n Kindness CDC to amend Article XVII, District Map No. 26 of Chapter 61 of the 1984 Detroit City Code, Zoning, in order to show a R5 (Medium Density Residential) zoning district designation where a R2 (Two-Family Residential) zoning district designation presently exists on land bounded by Camden Avenue on the south, Harrell Street on the west, Wade Avenue to the north and Ansbury Avenue. (The City Planning Commission having completed its review of the request finds the requested rezoning to be consistent with the approval criteria.)
