(The Buildings Safety Engineering and Environmental Department has no jurisdiction with street closure. That jurisdiction rests with the Department of Public Works. However, the Petitioner is required to secure a temporary use of land permit, have an inspection of electrical work performed and comply with the provisions of ordinance 503-H.
