Status of Building, Safety, Engineering and Environmental Department submitting report relative to Petition of HYPE Athletics (#420), request to hold “Get HYPE 5k” on May 28, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with various street closures. (The Buildings, Safety Engineering and Environmental Department has no jurisdiction with street closure. That jurisdiction rests with the Department of Public Works.
