(The Police Department RECOMMENDS APPROVAL of this petition. The Buildings Safety Engineering and Environmental Department has no jurisdiction with Fort Wayne. That jurisdiction rests with the Department of Recreation. However, the Petitioner may be required to secure a temporary use of land permit, perform an inspection of electrical work and comply with the provisions of ordinance of 503-H.
