Submitting report relative to property located at 8900 Livernois. (A special inspection conducted on May 9, 2016 revealed that the property did not meet the requirements of the application to defer. The property continues to be open to trespass and not maintained. Therefore, we respectfully recommend that the request for a deferral be denied.)
