(Following the meeting of the Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at which City Council assessed the current status of the forty-four orders issued by Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr, the Legislative Policy Division (LPD) was asked to provide a summary of the status of the orders and any proposed action.
