1. Motion to enter into closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268 Sec. 8 (1)(d) to consider the purchase of real property with Clerk/Register Monica McMichael, Administrator Jennifer Rentfrow, Finance Director Rachel Sheeley, Sheriff Clint Roach, and Undersheriff Tim Schuur.
2. Motion to amend Motion M-121-2026 to replace the previously approved 2027 Ford Transit 250 MR AWD Cargo Van with a 2026 Ford Transit Cargo Van with the revised options, and to increase the authorized purchase price from $50,595.20 to an amount not to exceed $52,074.20.
3. Motion to approve budget adjustment for SCAO grant award additional funding.
