2. <span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt;" id="isPasted">Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc. (OHM), 34000 Plymouth Rd. Livonia, MI 48150, for Construction Staking for Genesee Road Sidewalk Project, at an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
3. Approve a budget amendment within the General Operating Fund as follows; Increase 101-000-569.000 State Grants Other and increase 101-262-818.000 Contractual Service $4,000.00.
