1. Approve and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a contract with Springline Excavating, LLC, Farmington Hills, MI for the Center Road Watermain Improvements 25-001-W in the amount of $1,120,415.50.
2. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a contract with ROWE Professional Services Company for Design Engineering for SAD 26-009-P for gravel to asphalt paving of Sitka Street in the amount not to exceed $42,500.00.
3. <span style="font-family: Verdana; background: white; font-size: 12px;" data-pasted="true">Approve and Authorize the Mayor and Clerk to approve the contract with Stantec Consulting Michigan Inc., 3754 Ranchero Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108-2771. To provide as needed construction engineering for the Center Road Watermain upgrade project at a cost not to exceed $144,520.00.
4. Approve the following budget amendment within the Rubbish Collection & Disposal Fund as follows; Increase 226-000-830.000 Garbage Collection to $2,015,265.00.
