3. Case No. 339 City of Burton, Michigan<p style="margin-left:.5in;">AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, CHAPTER 157 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BURTON BY THE AMENDMENT OF THE C-2 GENERAL BUSINESS PERMITTED USES AFTER SPECIAL APPROVAL.
4. Attorney Billing (Odette), 7/31/26 to 8/12/26, invoice #1119 & 1120, in the amount of $2,631.00.
5. Attorney Billing (Miller Johnson), 7/1/26 to 7/31/26, invoice # 2083431 in the amount of $6,972.20.
6. <span style="margin-left: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px;">Approve a budget amendment within the Major Streets Construction funds as follows: Add 202-451-802.638 Davison Road Sidewalk by $350,000.00. Decrease 202-451-802.628 by $115,000.00 (Covert Road); Decrease 202-451-802.000 by $75,000.00 (non-motorized); and decrease Major Street funds balance by $160,000.
