1. Resolution to approve a second addendum to the original agreement between the City of Birmingham and RAM Construction Services, Inc. for the 2024 Chester St. Parking Structure Repair Project. The amount will be a deduct from the original contract amount at the technician’s hourly rate of $262.26; to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the addendum on behalf of the City.
