- 247 - A Resolution seeking authorization for the City Manager to execute a grant agreement for the 2026 Medicaid Childhood Health Improvement Program (CHIP) Lead Hazard Control Program for $1,345,000 with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), and to execute a subrecipient agreement with Community Action to act as a partner in implementing the lead abatement program in Calhoun County. This authorization for the City Manager includes any amendments that might be necessary to add additional funding to the agreements.
- 244 - A Resolution seeking to make permanent Temporary Traffic Control Order #1739.
- 243 - A Resolution adopting Ordinance, #14-2025, to rezone five properties bounded between Main St., Bartlett St., and Willis St. from their current zoning classification of T-3 Neighborhood Commercial District to T-4 Downtown Commercial District due to the existing character and uses in the area and in order to prepare the property for potential future development pursuant to Section 1281.01 of the zoning code.
