1. 341 - A Resolution seeking authorization for the City Manager to sign a Subrecipient Agreement with Community Action Agency of South Central Michigan (CA) for four years in the amount of $1,493,015 to conduct 28 lead abatement projects in Calhoun County in areas outside the City of Battle Creek, and to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Community Action documenting the collaboration and ensuring the non-duplication of HUD-funded programming.
2. 344 - A Resolution seeking authorization for Firefighter Thomas Burke to purchase 12 months of military time for the purpose of increasing his service credit toward retirement.
3. 343 - A Resolution seeking acceptance of the proposal of best value from DCSE, Inc., for Professional and Technical Services for ArcGIS Utility Network Migration in a not-to-exceed amount of $165,890.00.
