1. <u>Text Amendment to Land Use Code Section 6.8.14; City of Portland, Applicant. </u> Robertson motioned and Uhlenhake seconded a motion to find the proposed text amendment to be consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and recommended adoption of the amendment to the City Council. Vote 6-0 (Silk absent).
2. <u>Map and Text Zoning Amendment; 92 Cassidy Point Drive; Hearts of Pine, LLC., Applicant. </u> The Planning Board will consider a zoning amendment application to rezone a portion of the parcel at 92 Cassidy Point Drive from Waterfront Port Development Zone (WPDZ) to B-5 Urban Commercial zone. The Applicant is also seeking a text amendment to allow "stadiums" as a permitted use in the B-5 zone to facilitate the construction of a stadium, pavilion, and additional commercial buildings. 3. Major Site Plan; 105 Winter Street; 105 Winter, LLC., Applicant. </u> The Planning Board will consider a Major Site Plan application to combine two parcels at 101 & 105 Winter Street to facilitate the construction of a five-unit residential building and a four-unit residential building, for a total of nine units, with 13 structured parking spaces. The subject property is split between the RN-4 Neighborhood Residential and B-3 Downtown Business zones.
