- <u>Technical Manual and Complete Streets Design Guidelines; City of Portland, Applicant. </u> The Planning Board will hold a hybrid workshop to consider amendments to Section 1 of the City of Portland Technical Manual, to implement the City of Portland's adopted Complete Streets Policy. The Board will also consider a draft version of the City's Complete Streets Design Guide. More information will be posted to the City's agenda center under this item.
- Major Site Plan Amendment; 64 Pine Street; 64 Pine Street, LLC., Applicant. The Planning Board will consider a major site plan amendment to a previously approved major site plan application (PL-002678-2023) at 64 Pine Street. The proposal would increase the number of residential units from nine to twelve, modify the commercial space and parking area, and update site improvements. The property is located within the B-1 Neighborhood Business Zone. A project and plan summary are available for viewing on the city's CSS Portal (https://css.portlandmaine.gov/) by referencing Plan Number PL-003677-2026.
